In my classes, you can expect high energy with a strong focus on form and intentional movement. I use yoga-based warm-ups, offer thoughtful modifications, and bring heavy-hitting techno beats with pops of hip hop. In Fusion Power Flow, we build heat, push limits, move with breath, and finish feeling connected and restored. I’ve been an athlete most of my life, and strength training has become a priority for my long-term physical and mental health within a strong, supportive community.
