Please aim to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your class, our team will give you a tour and get you ready for your class.
Please wear athletic clothing that you are comfortable moving in. We leave our shoes at the door, please wear athletic socks, we also have on-site gripped FUSION socks for purchase at the front desk.
Water is available for purchase or alternatively, water filling station is on-site to fill your own bottle if you prefer.
